居住迁移背景下邻里环境对幸福感的影响——不同生命历程阶段的差异   总被引：2，自引：2，他引：0

邻里作为城市居民基本的日常生活空间,对人们的生活有着重要的影响。尤其是近年来随着居住迁移的普遍发生,邻里环境与居民幸福感关系更加复杂。人们对邻里环境的偏好和选择受到所处生命历程阶段的影响,但目前鲜有研究探讨不同生命历程阶段的邻里环境和幸福感之间的关系。论文基于广州市的调查问卷数据,选取在不同生命历程阶段有居住迁移行为的712个样本,并按生命历程阶段分别构建模型进行研究。结果表明：邻里环境对个体幸福感影响在不同生命历程阶段存在差异,邻里公共环境的整洁性更有助于提升青年早期的幸福感,邻里关系的和睦性更有助于提升老年阶段的幸福感,而设施的便利性在整个生命历程阶段都可以有效提升幸福感。居住迁移对邻里环境与幸福感的关系起到一定的调节作用,尤其是在中年和老年阶段更加明显。随着迁移时长的增加,感知邻里环境与幸福感的关系得到强化,而客观邻里环境的影响不断削弱,邻里环境的改善可以更有效地提升短距离迁移居民的幸福感水平。  相似文献

中国城市义务教育学校采用单校划片或多校划片的方式确定招生范围,落实就近入学的法律要求。针对多校划片这一新的学校分区问题,提出“先学校分组,再学生分派”的策略进行划片,并设计了学校分组线性规划模型和学校分区混合元启发算法。分区算法包括初始解构造、邻域搜索算子、破坏重建扰动、集合划分问题（SPP）建模与求解等基本模块,在多启动迭代局部搜索（ILS）算法框架中进行问题求解。通过多启动、随机搜索、破坏重建扰动等机制提升算法的多样性,并引入SPP模型提升算法的全局寻优能力。选择一个县级市和一个市辖区分别进行学校划片实验,结果表明：混合元启发算法优化性能优异且收敛性好,适用于求解单校划片和多校划片问题;SPP模型在单校划片问题中具有明显的优势。  相似文献   

基于矢量网格的城市土地利用邻里模式研究

城市土地利用的空间分布特征一直是城市地理和城市规划领域关注的重点问题,对城市土地利用空间模式的研究有助于理解城市系统的运行状态。在分析现有城市空间结构和城市土地利用模式的基础上,从两个方面对现有基于富集因子的分析方法提出改进,一是采用矢量网格以减少分析的误差,二是采用斜网格和曼哈顿距离来对空间临近关系进行界定。采用这一方法对深圳市2015年6类城市土地利用数据进行分析,得到邻里尺度上各类用地之间富集度随距离变化的3种模式。模式I中,同类用地间的富集度在短距离内较大,且其值随着距离的增加而减小并趋于0,表明同类用地间在较短距离内相互吸引,而吸引力随着距离增加而减弱。在不同类型用地间的模式II和模式III中,富集度在较短距离内为负值,但是在模式II中,富集度随着距离的增加而逐渐增加并趋于0,表明不同用地间短距离内相互排斥,且排斥作用随着距离增加而减弱;而在模式III中,富集度则随着距离增加而快速上升到正值,然后逐渐下降并趋于0,表明不同类型用地在较短距离内相互排斥,但随着距离增加很快变为相互吸引,最后吸引力随着距离增加慢慢减弱。结果表明,相对于基于栅格网的分析方法,基于矢量斜网格的分析方法能够显著降低分析误差。  相似文献   

一种改进的空间上下文点云分类方法

考虑到点云数据具有线性分布和密度不均匀的特点,以及现有复杂场景点云分类方法中缺少对非局部空间上下文信息的有效利用,提出了一种改进的空间上下文点云分类方法。该方法在提取点云数据顾及曲率的自适应邻域的基础上,首先估算点云局部特征与依赖性空间上下文,并基于超级体素提取分布性空间上下文,最后采用高阶条件随机场模型,实现对点云数据的自动分类,避免了利用单一点云局部特征分类的局限性。试验结果表明,本文方法能够有效提高点云数据地物分类精度。  相似文献

文中提出一种基于邻域投票和改进的Harris-SIFT特征的低空遥感影像匹配方法。首先用NMS算法提取多尺度的Harris-SIFT特征并对其进行方向描述,然后根据最近邻与次近邻特征点距离之比确定初始匹配点对,最后通过近邻域选择投票的方法剔除候选点中的虚假匹配点,进而实现低空遥感影像的配准。实验表明该算法在获得充足匹配点且保证匹配精度的同时,明显提高影像匹配的效率。  相似文献

本文以南京市为例,检查转型期城市贫困人口的空间分布特征,并着重分析贫困人口集中的低收入邻里的类型、特征及其产生机制。研究表明,转型期我国城市贫困人口的空间分布表现为在邻里或社区层面上的集中。城市贫困人口在邻里层次上的集聚,导致三种类型低收入邻里的产生,包括老城衰退邻里、退化的工人新村和农民工集聚区(城中村)。分析表明,这些低收入邻里的产生源于国家导向的城市发展政策和国家福利住房供应制度,并在住房市场化和房地产导向的城市发展过程中得以强化。基于南京市的实证分析和实地调查,城市贫困人口的空间分布状况和低收入邻里的特征被检查,低收入邻里的产生机制得以验证。  相似文献
